Delivery & Returns
We will send your order by Royal Mail 2nd or 1st class post (please allow 2-5 working days for 2nd class and 1-3 working days for 1st class delivery)
When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatched orders the same or next working day.
If you have any special requirements for postage please contact us at the time of your order and we will be happy to help.
All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post, large orders by 24 Hour Courier, your order may require a signature.
Next Day Delivery
We offer a next day delivery service, please place your order before 12 noon, we only offer this service for delivery Monday to Friday, your order will require a signature.
Saturday Next Day Delivery
We offer a Saturday next day delivery service, please place your order before 12 noon on the Friday before, your order will require a signature.
We offer a free gift wrapping service and are happy to add your personal message, we will make every effort to wrap your gifts attractively in tissue paper or brown paper and add a vintage style luggage tag with your gift message.
Out of Stock Items
Due to the nature of our business, occasionally an item that is shown on our website may be out of stock, if this is the case we will email you with your options which may include a suggested alternative or an immediate refund.
Tracking Your Order
All UK orders usually arrive within 5 working days. If it has been longer than this please email us and we will look into it for you. We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery, all orders sent by courier are fully tracked,
We will always try our best to make sure your items arrive on time.
If you would like us to ship to outside of the UK please contact us via email for a postage quote, any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance must be met by you as the customer.
We hope you will be very happy with your item, if however you are not you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We just ask that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Please send returns by 'recorded delivery' or ask for a “proof of postage” receipt from your post office as we can only refund when we have received your item.
Sorry but we cannot refund return postage costs.
